Let's take a moment to appreciate the benefits of diversification π
It limits your upside but also keeps your blood pressure down when the market tumbles π
The stock market has pulled back a bit. As of Thursdayβs close, the S&P 500 was down 7% from its Jan. 27 closing high of 6,978.
Thatβs not pleasant for the many investors with lots of exposure to diversified large-cap index funds tracking the S&P.
But you could be doing a lot worse. You could be way overweight the βMagnificent 7β β Nvidia, Apple, Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta Platforms, and Tesla β which continue to underperform the S&P.
