Persistent inflation, economic recession, escalating geopolitical conflicts, cooling AI expectations… How any of these issues unfold could affect the direction of the markets in the near term.
But the nature of known risks acknowledged by many is that they already get priced into the market to some degree. That is to say, if a known risk is realized, the market reaction is likely to be limited.
The unknown is worse than the known 😱
What really keeps me up at night are the risks few or no one is talking about. They’re the risks that won’t be identified in surveys and published on lists.
